Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders. Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain cash registers. Prepare food items according to company standards while ensuring quality and safety. Assist in kitchen operations, including food handling and preparation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Follow all health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.

Skills

Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Experience in cashiering or cash handling is preferred. Ability to upsell products effectively to enhance customer experience. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in the food industry is a plus. Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen operations is beneficial. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
