Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Team Member (full-time) with strong potential to quickly grow into a Supervisor / Team Leader role. This position is ideal for someone we can trust, train, and progressively give more responsibilities to, with the goal of becoming my second-in-command in the future.

We are looking for someone who learns quickly, is committed for the long term, and has excellent customer service skills with a confident personality and strong interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking initiative and, over time, managing and leading a team. Previous experience in food, coffee, or hospitality and supervising is a strong asset. Preference is given to Permanent Residents or Canadian Citizens, but long-term work permit holders are welcome.

Responsibilities



Support the manager with daily operations. Be a point of reference for the team during busy periods when needed. Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a friendly and efficient service. Operate the POS system accurately and handle cash transactions. Prepare and serve food items while maintaining quality and presentation standards. Suggest and upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience. Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and well-organized. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service, especially during peak hours. Follow food safety regulations and company policies at all times. Manage time effectively to complete tasks within each shift.

Qualifications



Strong sense of responsibility and reliability Ability to take initiative and work independently when required. Leadership potential and interest in growing into a supervisory role. Strong communication skills, both with customers and team members Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to food service operations. Long-term availability and commitment to the role. Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required. Previous experience in a key holder, shift lead, or supervisory role is an asset.
