Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages promptly. Assist with food handling and preparation in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and other restaurant facilities. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns. Support team members as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred . Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
