Duties

Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining area, and equipment to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Utilize basic math skills for order processing and inventory management. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours. Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain product quality. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Food handler certificate is a plus A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
