Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Process transactions accurately through cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively sell items.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
• Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail during transactions.
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proven ability to sell products effectively and meet sales targets.
• Technical sales experience is advantageous for assisting customers with specific product inquiries.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.55-$24.91 per hour
