Responsibilities
Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Maintain food safety practices by following proper sanitation procedures and guidelines.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order taking and payment processing.
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Assist with cashiering duties, including handling cash transactions accurately.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly while maintaining high-quality service.
Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the shift.
Requirements
Previous experience in food preparation or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of food safety practices and procedures.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to operate a POS system or willingness to learn quickly.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
