Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with food preparation and ensure all food handling guidelines are adhered to for safety and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours, demonstrating effective time management skills. Respond to customer inquiries and provide help as needed to enhance their dining experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques and food handling practices. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed. Must be able to follow directions accurately and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
