We manufacture MDF cabinet doors and consider ourselves more of a problem solving company than a manufacturing company. We focus on supporting and encouraging personal growth in all our team members.

We don't expect you to be a master woodworker, but we do expect that you'll show up to work, on time, and be engaged. You also have to be adaptable as everyone fills more than one role in the shop so you could be doing anything. We are currently looking for a quality inspector so if you have a sharp eye for details and are super critical about what you're getting this might be a good fit to help us send only the best doors to our customers.

A great attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.

Reliable transportation, familiarity with computers, manufacturing experience and previous exposure to lean manufacturing are definite assets .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
