Job Summary:

As a Band Member, you'll be center stage as you entertain our Fans. Not only will you be serving up Smoke's GASTRONOMICAL poutine creations, but you'll also engage and entertain customers, turning them into lifelong Fans! Whether it's sparking up a conversation or delivering epic energy, your mission is to deliver on Smoke's vision of providing a unique Canadian food experience as we march toward GLOBAL DOMINATION!

Core Responsibilities:

Represent the Brand's Weird, Wild & Wacky Culture and commit to entertaining Fans while delivering high hospitality Contribute to a positive team environment Learn the menu and communicate confidently with Fans Prepare Smoke's menu creations to the highest standard, following recipes and procedures Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and productivity at all times Follow food-handling procedures and uphold food safety practices Take orders, enter into the point-of-sale system, and process payment Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, restrooms, and common areas Complete all station setup and closing duties Take pride in tasks like serving Fans, preparing food, and cleaning
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a service or hospitality environment preferred
Skills & Abilities:

Ability to express a Weird, Wild & Wacky personality to align with company culture Ability to work well as part of a team Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and working over a hot line Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 16 per week

Schedule:

Day shift Evening shift Holidays Monday to Friday Night shift Weekends as needed
Experience:

Food service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
