Job Description

We are looking for mature, responsible individuals to join our team at Airplay Trampoline Park and Escape Rooms in Hinton, Alberta. Our facility also offers indoor mini-golf and arcade games.

Must be 16 years old and willing to work some evenings and mostly weekends. This is a PART-TIME position, great opportunity for students.

This position will be trained to work Referee and Cashier positions. Responsibilities will include:

- Smiling! We are in the business of great customer service!

- Excellent customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding pricing, waivers, and general park information

Ensuring all guests abide by our safety rules, enforcing our safety policies

Contribute to maintaining a clean safe environment, cleaning trampolines and our facility including sweeping/mopping etc. Positively engaging with park guests

Assist with events and birthday parties

Working with all ages of children and adults. Working the front desk POS system and waiver system

First Aid training an asset
