The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing food items, handling transactions, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and food safety. Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards. Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling. Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Manage cashier duties efficiently, including processing payments and giving accurate change. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Ensure timely delivery of orders to minimize wait times. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards. Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous but not required. Pay: $17.75-$17.80 per hour
