Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing food items, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order entry and cash handling Manage customer transactions efficiently while providing friendly service Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently maintained Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment Assist in food handling and storage to comply with health regulations Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues professionally

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are advantageous Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; weekend availability is a plus

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
