We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Duties

Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, following food handling guidelines. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process orders and payments. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to safety and quality standards. Support inventory management by restocking supplies as necessary.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Basic knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required. Must be dependable Strong command of English, written and spoken. Must be able to work until 3am
