Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Assist with food preparation, ensuring that all items are prepared according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately while providing change and processing payments efficiently. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.

Requirements

Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in the kitchen and front-of-house operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
