Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are met. Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision. Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items are prepared according to safety and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms to ensure a pleasant experience for guests. Follow food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of all food products. Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of cashiering and cash handling procedures. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards is an advantage. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members effectively. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating flexibility in various roles within the kitchen or front of house.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
