Overview

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Team Member to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards, and delivering a positive experience to our guests. Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in food preparation, cashiering, and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food safety procedures such as proper food handling and sanitation practices Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery Support team members in daily operations to ensure smooth restaurant flow

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required Knowledge of POS systems, including Micros POS, is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation procedures Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are advantageous Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
