We are seeking a dedicated and energetic

Team Member

to join our dynamic food service team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling Manage time efficiently to ensure timely service during busy periods Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments securely Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Assist in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met Support team members in various restaurant operations as needed

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and basic math skills are beneficial Experience in cashiering, serving, or food preparation roles will be considered a plus Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting are essential Prior kitchen or food industry experience can help in quickly adapting to the role's demands
NOC B job (Supervisor or Manager) available for suitable candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$24.99 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
