Overview

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Female Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role is essential in delivering excellent customer experiences through efficient food preparation, attentive service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, kitchen equipment, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food safety procedures, proper food handling, and sanitation practices Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred but not required Knowledge of food preparation, serving, cashiering, and food safety standards Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Basic understanding of sanitation procedures and food handling safety protocols Kitchen or restaurant experience is desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
