We are seeking a motivated and friendly

Team Member

Prior restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation Operate POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling Manage customer orders with professionalism, providing excellent customer service and upselling menu items when appropriate Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain balanced cash drawers Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations Assist in kitchen operations, including basic food preparation and ingredient handling Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to promote safety and hygiene Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations Uphold sanitation standards by cleaning equipment, utensils, and dining areas regularly Manage time effectively to meet service goals during peak hours

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures is preferred Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Experience in food preparation, cashiering, or kitchen operations will be beneficial Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
