You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas to ensure a safe environment. Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of our customers.

Experience

Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic kitchen operations is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
