Responsibilities

Prepare, take order over the phones, provide customer service, delivery food items according to established recipes and standards Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food preparation and service areas Assist with food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service Support kitchen operations as needed, including basic food prep and sanitation tasks

Experience

Previous experience in pizza, food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required Familiarity with food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards is a plus Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy reliable transportation for you & delivery Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Prior experience in cashiering, serving, or food industry roles is beneficial but not mandatory

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 24 per week
