Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer.
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards and recipes.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
- Assist with stocking inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
Skills:
- Experience in the food industry is preferred.
- Strong cashiering skills, including cash handling and operating a POS system.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues or complaints.
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
