Job Description

Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Take customer orders, accurately enter them into the POS system, and handle payment transactions. Prepare and assemble a variety of Mexican food items, following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. Ensure food quality, taste, and appearance meet our restaurant's standards before serving to customers. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including food preparation areas, dining areas, and restrooms. Adhere to proper food safety and hygiene practices, including handwashing, glove usage, and proper storage of ingredients. Assist in restocking ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure efficient operation during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely service to customers. Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. Uphold a positive and professional attitude while handling customer feedback, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and improve service skills. Follow restaurant policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance requirements. Need to work in shifts like: 9:00PM to 4:00AM or 10:00PM to 4:00AM.

Pay: $17.20-$18.50 per hour
