Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Team Member to join our store in Kanata. In this role, you will assist customers with their shopping experience, manage transactions, and maintain the store's organization. Your contributions will help us provide exceptional service and a welcoming environment for families.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and answering inquiries. Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting atmosphere. Assist in restocking shelves and organizing merchandise as needed. Ensure compliance with safety standards for all products sold.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Experience with POS systems preferred but not required. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for working with children and families is a plus.
