Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Team Member to join our food service team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing food items, and ensuring a clean and efficient restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in food handling and restaurant operations, with a focus on delivering a positive dining experience for our guests. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, cashiering, and hospitality within a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods Uphold food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment Assist with food presentation, serving, and upselling additional menu items when appropriate Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment Follow all health regulations related to food handling and sanitation practices Support team members in daily operations to ensure smooth restaurant flow

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety protocols is advantageous Experience with cashiering systems such as Micros POS or similar is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately Basic math skills for handling cash and making change efficiently Knowledge of the food industry standards for sanitation, safety, and serving procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance
