We are seeking a motivated and friendly

Team Member

to join our dynamic food service team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing food items, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas Uphold food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred but not required Knowledge of food preparation, serving, cashiering, and sanitation practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Kitchen experience or food handling certification is advantageous Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic understanding of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
