Working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, Crew Members play a key role in delivering a great guest experience. Reporting to the Manager or Shift Coordinator, Crew Members are responsible for front counter service, drive-thru operations, food preparation, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness. A positive attitude, teamwork, and professionalism are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and serve guests in a friendly and respectful manner
Take orders and serve guests at the front counter and drive-thru
Prepare food items according to Burger King standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow Burger King policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during all shifts
Complete additional duties as assigned by management

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Primarily indoor work environment
Standing and walking for extended periods

Frequent bending, reaching, and movement during shifts
