Position: Crew Member - Burger King

:

Working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, Crew Members play a key role in delivering a great guest experience. Reporting to the Manager or Shift Coordinator, Crew Members are responsible for front counter service, drive-thru operations, food preparation, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness. A positive attitude, teamwork, and professionalism are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve guests in a friendly and respectful manner Take orders and serve guests at the front counter and drive-thru Prepare food items according to Burger King standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow Burger King policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during all shifts Complete additional duties as assigned by management

Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong time management and communication skills Willingness to learn and follow brand standards Maintain professional appearance per Burger King guidelines

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Primarily indoor work environment Standing and walking for extended periods Exposure to varying temperatures (kitchen, cooler, freezer) Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Frequent bending, reaching, and movement during shifts
