Team Member Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Bowlarama Saint John is currently seeking part time/Full time Team member for their center. In this role you are the first smile customers will often see, and it's also "command central" for the entire facility, and there's never a dull moment - so the ability to multi-task is a must. You will be responsible for greeting the guests, directing them to whatever fun they're seeking, performing various control desk operations (such as processing payment), answering questions over the phone, cooking food, serving beverages, helping with different events, and doing whatever you can to make the experience memorable for every guest, every visit. Our facility has a full food and beverage service, bowling, and bar, and we also pride ourselves on offering amazing event experiences.
Must be 19 years of age or older. Criminal record checks are required. Past bowling center experience is not required; but a friendly, upbeat, willing-to-help attitude is a must. Customer service experience is considered an asset.
