Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with their orders. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while following cash handling procedures. Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus, including proper food handling techniques. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
