Back of House (BOH) Kitchen Team Members

to join our team! This role is focused on preparing high-quality food, maintaining kitchen excellence, and supporting smooth operations with a heart to serve. Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Quality:

Prepare and cook menu items to Chick-fil-A's high standards for taste, presentation, and food safety.

Operational Excellence:

Support daily kitchen operations by following recipes, portioning guidelines, and production procedures.

Food Safety & Sanitation:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, following strict food safety protocols.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure efficiency and consistent quality during peak hours.

Efficiency & Speed:

Deliver accurate, high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.

Support Service Excellence:

Contribute to Chick-fil-A's reputation for excellence by upholding our service standards from the back of house.

Training & Development:

Be open to learning new skills and actively improve personal and team performance.
Requirements

Saturday Availability:

Must be available to work on Saturdays and evening closing shifts

Kitchen Focus:

Passion for food preparation, operational excellence, and working behind the scenes with a heart to serve.

Team Player:

Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

Adaptability:

Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay & Benefits

Competitive pay:
