We are currently looking for people to join our

Tim Hortons team!

We are looking for multiple team members which have working availability Monday through Sunday, early morning/afternoon/evening/overnight.

This means the successful candidate must have the ability to work various shifts to accommodate the needs of the restaurant. These shifts do not exceed a 40 hour work week. Examples of some of our shifts 5am-1pm, 6am-2pm, 1pm-9pm, 1:30pm-10pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am.

For high performing Team Members, there may be growth opportunities as a Trainer, Supervisor and other leadership positions. We'd love to learn about you - apply today!

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, serving, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly while adhering to cash handling procedures. Maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas to ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the dining experience and promote menu items. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Skills

Proficiency in food preparation techniques and knowledge of food handling practices. Experience with cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously. Familiarity with sanitation standards and food safety regulations within the food industry. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we value a willingness to learn!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$21.00 per hour
