As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of food preparation, service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and food safety standards. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions responsibly while ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and minimizing waste. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
