Duties

Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and serve food promptly Manage cash register transactions with accuracy and professionalism Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times Support team members during busy periods by assisting with food prep or customer service as needed Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests

Qualifications

Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly Familiarity with sanitation procedures and proper food handling practices Kitchen or restaurant experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
