Responsibilities
Provide world-class customer service and ensure every guest leaves happy. Prepare accurate, speedy sandwiches while keeping the restaurant clean and organized. Handle cash transactions responsibly and follow food safety standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Upsell menu items and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
Skills & Qualifications
:Excellent customer service and teamwork skills. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with POS systems (Micros experience is a plus). Knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling. Restaurant experience preferred but not required.
