As a Team Manager, youll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of your department and providing technical advice and supervision to the area you oversee such as Claims Call Centre, Record Management, Teleclaim Adjudication and Wage Rate Adjudication.
Youll be responsible for ensuring that goals and key performance indicators are met through promoting and fostering continuing quality improvement and creating a supportive and responsive work environment with open communication and teamwork.
