Job Description

Eton College is seeking a highly driven and strategic

B2B & B2C Partnership and Recruitment Manager

to lead student recruitment across both corporate (B2B) and direct-to-student (B2C) channels. This role requires strong expertise in partnership development, agent management, revenue growth, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be based in

Canada

and able to support recruitment operations for both domestic and international students.

Key Responsibilities



B2B & B2C Partnership Development



Build and maintain strong relationships with corporations, institutions, community organizations, and direct student markets. Develop strategies to expand student recruitment through B2B corporate channels and B2C direct outreach. Drive new partnership agreements that contribute to enrollment growth.

Agent Network Expansion



Recruit, onboard, and train new agents to support both B2B and B2C recruitment efforts. Monitor agent performance, support their activities, and ensure they consistently produce high-quality leads. Expand the agent network across different regions in Canada and internationally.

Revenue Channel Development



Identify new B2B and B2C revenue opportunities across corporate and individual recruitment markets. Utilize digital marketing, social media, and online platforms to grow B2C student enrollment. Develop and execute campaigns that drive measurable revenue growth.

Lead Generation & Conversion



Build and implement lead generation strategies using agents, corporate partnerships, online campaigns, and student outreach. Track and optimize conversion rates through strong follow-up processes and enrollment support. Work with marketing teams to refine messaging and target the right audiences.

Team Leadership & Development



Lead and support the recruitment team, ensuring alignment with B2B and B2C goals. Provide training, mentorship, and performance assessments. Promote a collaborative and high-performance culture within the recruitment team.

Market Expansion



Conduct market research to identify new regions, demographics, and industry partnerships. Explore emerging opportunities across Canada for both direct-to-student and corporate recruitment. Develop strategies to reach underserved or high-potential student markets.

Target Achievement & Budget Management



Achieve monthly and annual enrollment targets across B2B and B2C channels. Manage budgets for marketing campaigns, events, agent commissions, and recruitment activities. Ensure high ROI and cost-effective recruitment strategies.

Compliance & Reporting



Ensure all recruitment practices comply with Canadian institutional policies, government regulations, and quality standards. Prepare detailed reports on leads, partnerships, revenue, and team performance. Maintain accurate and organized documentation for audits and internal reviews.

Qualifications & Requirements



Education



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is considered an asset.

Experience



Minimum

5+ years of experience

in student recruitment, B2B business development, B2C marketing, corporate partnerships, or related fields. Strong background working in Canadian education, international student recruitment, higher education, or EdTech. Proven track record of achieving enrollment or sales targets. Experience managing agent networks and partnerships in Canada or globally. Demonstrated success in digital marketing and lead generation.

Skills & Competencies



Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong negotiation and partnership development capabilities. Ability to lead teams and manage agent networks. Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and lead management systems. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs, market insights, and competitor data. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
