Description:

Spirit Logistics is seeking a reliable, experienced Team Leader/Driver and 2 Moving Helpers to join our professional moving crew for the busy season (approximately 5 months). This position has the potential to transition into a more permanent role based on performance and company needs.

Team Leader/Driver Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the moving industry At least 1 year of experience driving a 5-ton truck Proven ability to lead a team and manage jobs efficiently Valid G license or higher (DZ preferred but not mandatory) Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Helper Requirements:

Experience in moving or general labor preferred (not mandatory) Team-oriented with a positive attitude Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
