The Opportunity:
The RCMP Administration Team Leader is a key member of the City\'s support services team and is responsible for the effective delivery of front counter services for the residents of Airdrie. You will oversees a wide range of confidential services and administrative support within the RCMP detachment. Front counter services may include providing and receiving information, completing criminal record checks, civil fingerprinting, and handling payments for services. You will also responsible for the quality and data management of information within RCMP database systems (PROS and CPIC).
You will ensures the effective operations of the department through monitoring and evaluating processes, procedures, and overall service delivery and volumes. You will be responsible for growing business relationships and working collaboratively with department and detachment leadership teams.
