Below The Belt Store in CrossIron Mills is hiring Part Time Team Leaders/Supervisors.

We're an independent, Canadian owned clothing and accessory retailer for Men and Women. We believe in supporting fellow Canadian brands while offering customers the best selection of brands like Levi's, Carhartt and Kuwalla Tee.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Previous professional experience supervising a team Driven by sales to achieve personal and store targets Ability to lead and encourage a team Proactively assist customers and professionally solve their questions Positive, outgoing and friendly personality Enjoy working in a team environment Ability to stand on your feet for a long period of time and use ladders
