Team Leader, In-Store display installation

We are currently looking for a Team Leader, In-Store Signage Installation, to liaise between production, the various installation teams, and subcontractors (remote or on site). This person will be responsible for coordinating all project stages and deliverables, planning and other services for small and large-scale signage projets.The TC In-Store Marketing (ISM) division specializes in promotional POP, corrugated signage, permanent signage and store decor (signage over 8 feet) and installation. TC ISM operates from 3 main plants in Ontario, as well as 3 secondary fulfillment centers and 2 satellite plants in Montreal and Calgary.

When your actions lead to success.

• Manage in-store installation programs and project schedules.
• Schedule installations and subcontract work.
• Maintain quality control and TC standards for installations.
• Support and brief in-site managers after project completion.
• Work with site personnel and production teams to ensure project success through good communication on project deliverables.
• Responsible for installation site.
• Assist in the installation of in-store displays/decor.
• Develop and improve installation processes, quickly resolve any deficiencies, imperfections, or problems.
• Prioritize workload when faced with multiple demands and changing business dynamics.
• Work in compliance with each province\'s Occupational Health and Safety Act and all other applicable environmental, health and safety, human resources, quality and corporate policies and procedures.

When your expertise drives us.

• At least three (3) years of related experience in in-store signage and project management.
• Post-secondary education an asset.
• Knowledge of in-store signage and decor, sign execution and the digital printing process.
• Ability to read and understand technical, architectural and store drawings.
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word PowerPoint, etc.).
• Good command of French and English (oral and written).
• Flexible working hours. Availability required for certain night-time installations.
• Travel required to several installation sites in Montreal, Quebec and Maritimes.
