ABOUT THE ROLE: Do you have a passion for developing and supporting others? We are looking for a motivated & dynamic individual to join the Inflight team as a permanent full-time Team Leader, Inflight Experience & Performance. You will report to the Director, Inflight and be responsible for leading the day-to-day inflight cabin crew performance. This position is an integral part of the inflight team and provides great opportunities for development and growth. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Model organizational values, culture, and behavioural competencies, as well as Infight?s policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Manage Cabin Crew performance/reporting/documentation
  • Complete on-board line checks and line indoctrinations and develop Line Support Crew
  • Commit to the development and engagement of the cabin crew through individual and group assessment, feedback, and coaching
  • Support Cabin Safety Training team as required
  • Develop and lead Inflight Passenger Experience, including training
  • Work in partnership with other operational teams to evolve the Passenger Experience
  • Collaborate and work in partnership with onboard catering and vendor teams
  • Create an environment that promotes culture, and engagement, and drives retention
  • Foster a positive and productive workplace by being a team player, showing a willingness to learn and having a positive attitude
  • Take ownership of building positive working relationships with all Cabin Crew
  • Demonstrate that you are adaptable and be an advocate for change with a forward-thinking approach
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:
  • Previous experience in a leadership/management role
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills are a must
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills combined with a practical coaching ability
  • Proven organizational and time management skills are required
  • Self-starter, high work standards and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Work in the YYZ office space and have flexible availability, may include evening and overnight work schedule (as required)
