Job Description


What is the opportunity?
In this role you will be responsible for acting in a senior capacity within the entire Income North America team. This includes reviewing end to end maturities processing, treatment and processing of exception securities and, high risk maturities events. You will develop processes and procedures to mitigate operational risk, reduce cost and look for opportunities to improve operational efficiency. In addition, you will lead and direct the team to provide quality Entitlement services to our clients.
What will you do?
Provide support to the income team(s) with their daily activities, while ensuring correct.
Support the Entitlements business unit in achieving trend analysis of processing exceptions and reconciliations related investigation.
Timely resolution of escalations and or the identification of any potential financial or client impacted issues that require further escalation to management.
Thoroughly analyze and investigate all issues to fully understand future and downstream impacts.
Act as intermediary between the Entitlements business unit and other units on all income related items, including reconciliations issues.
Keeping ESS notified of all issues impacting clients.
Adhering to escalation protocol
In charge of reviewing, pre-balancing, and authorizing all non-contractual payments including special assets
