We're hiring a Team Leader in Training -- a hands-on developmental role that blends day-to-day customer service with real-world leadership growth. You'll work directly with the Store Team Leader to support daily operations while gaining experience in the management side of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

This role is designed around a 90/10 learning model:

90% focus on delivering a consistent, high-quality customer and team experience 10% focus on developing leadership skills in scheduling, inventory, coaching, and compliance

We're Looking for Someone Who Is:

Reliable, positive, and proactive Passionate about customer service and retail teamwork Eager to grow professionally and take on more responsibility Comfortable leading by example Committed to accountability and follow-through

What You'll Learn and Contribute To:

Customer service leadership and front-line presence Stocking, working the till, merchandising, and inventory flow Shift execution and team task delegation Scheduling, planning, and time management Vendor communication and product ordering Coaching and team communication Compliance with store policies and liquor regulations
