The bigger picture
Were looking for a collaborative, dynamic and proven leader to come on board as our Team Leader, Consumer Support Centre for up to a 12-month term in Regina or Assiniboia. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to think strategically will play an essential role in leading the Consumer Support team to provide and oversee the delivery of services to meet our members needs. This includes adapting to new technologies and providing knowledge and expertise to teams, projects and testing environments.
How youll be spending your time

  • Coaching, developing and empowering employees to perform in a performance-based production environment
  • Leading the Consumer Support Centre to successfully achieve individual and team goals
  • Identifying and resolving risks and opportunities within the Consumer Loan portfolio
  • Facilitating meetings and planning sessions with a focus on team optimization to create efficiencies in process and procedures

The experience you bring
  • Experience with consumer lending or administrative support
  • 1 - 2 years of formal leadership experience
Salary Range:
$66,560 - $83,200 with 9% Short Term Incentive Target
