Summary

'We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to join our team . As a key player in our retail environment, you will oversee daily operations, motivate staff, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience that aligns with our commitment to excellence.'

'Responsibilities' :

Lead daily office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all activities. Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. Oversee inventory control, purchasing, and merchandising. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance shopper satisfaction. Train, develop, and evaluate staff performance. Handle administrative tasks including payroll, scheduling, and reporting. Implement marketing strategies to boost sales. Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming store environment.

'Qualifications' :

Proven leadership experience in retail or electronics stores. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage inventory, staff, and customer relations effectively. Experience with POS systems, purchasing, and cash handling. Bilingual abilities are preferred but not required. Prior supervisory or assistant manager experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of retail sales techniques and marketing strategies. A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
