About the roleWe\'re looking for a talented technical lead and team lead who can join our team to support large enterprise commerce projects and be a key team player for future clients with equal complexity (B2B commerce and digital transformation).What you\'ll do

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, resilient architectural solutions for large-scale commerce projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Work with a team of tech leads who are responsible for the delivery of various programs.
• Collaborate with strategy lead to help grow client accounts within the e-commerce space (B2B and B2C)
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Marketing, to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Evaluate new technologies and software products to determine the feasibility and desirability of incorporating their capabilities within our projects.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices in software development, including Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD processes.
• Drive the resolution of technical challenges and issues, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and commerce platforms to recommend innovative solutions to enhance our competitive edge.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment of project goals and strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years as a solutions architect or technical leader, specifically in large-scale commerce projects.
• Strong experience with e-commerce systems and platforms such as Shopify Plus, Vtex, Salesforce, Sap Hybris
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable architectures using various technologies and platforms.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), microservices architectures, API design, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a commitment to following Agile principles in project execution.
