Imagine what you could do here. As a Team Lead, Sales you will be accountable for extraordinary sales results and enhancing YMCA brand awareness through delivering a customer experience. You collaborate with sales and service teams and regional leadership. You will leverage your deep understanding of the market, demographics and behaviours of customers to regularly conduct tours, sales calls and provide insights to leadership. You are an effective leader who is passionate about the YMCA, builds strong relationships and influences partners to drive sales opportunities. This position is located in St. John's.

Job Requirements

A high school diploma or higher 2-3 years of proven sales and leadership experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to travel and have access to a reliable vehicle Ability to work afternoons, evenings and weekends Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sectors Checks are reviewed on an individual basis
