We are looking for a passionate organized individual with strong leadership skills to join our team!
You are expected to ensure that the spa runs efficiently, smoothly and provides a high level of quality customer service and care. You will be responsible for maximizing daily sales, as well as effectively engaging in overall operational responsibilities.
Job Duties
- Management of daily operations of the spa, including but not limited to: reception, reservations, maintenance/quality control; including service, cleanliness and product usage
- Maintaining a professional spa image at all times
- Utilizing strong customer service and communication skills to educate customers on our spa services and products
- Resolving client concerns promptly; sharing of best practices regarding client retention so all can learn from concerns and solutions; puts clients first and models service and care standards at all times
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Being able to work on weekdays, weekends, and/or evenings? when required by business needs
- Experience in the Customer Service, Wellness, Retail, or Hospitality Industries will be an asset
- Previous management experience will be an asset
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong administrative, operational and computer skills
- Ability to work, multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
