Team Lead in Merchandising

2 weeks of vacation + 2 additional paid weeks during the holidays.Stable Schedule:
Monday to Thursday,6 AM - 2 PM or 7 AM - 3 PM

- Lead and supervise a team of 4 to 12 merchandisers
in executing store remodeling projects.Train, support, and evaluate team members
to maintain high performance standards.Ensure flawless execution of planograms
and store layouts.Manage daily challenges
to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently. -Occasionally travel to different store locationsrare overnight stays may be required
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of experience
as anAssistant Manager in a grocery store
orTeam Lead in merchandising
.Excellent leadership and organizational skills
with strong attention to detail.Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
.Fluency in English is required; French is optional.
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
(mileage reimbursement applies - first and last 30 km not reimbursed). Comfortable withoccasional travel and overnight stays for specific projects
