We are seeking an Exceptional Human/Team lead to join our rapidly expanding business. Responsibilities

Drive to and perform various cleaning duties in homes throughout the city. PUNCTUALITY A MUST Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, walls, and furniture; and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens. Manage time effectively. Report to supervisor regularly. Follow established cleaning protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations. Provide excellent customer service, be friendly, personable, compassionate and kind.

Requirements

Previous experience in a team lead or similar position, and professional cleaning/organizing preferred, but will train the right candidate. Must be able to handle and accept instruction, tips and feedback. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods, including lifting and moving items as needed, within reason. A reliable vehicle. Must be proficient in English, both speaking and writing. Experience with mental health, the elderly, disabilities considered an asset.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
